Spring Yoga Course
With the arrival of the Spring Equinox on 20th March this is the time of balance between light and dark ,inside and out, Siva and Sakti.
The course, led by Gilly Angell, will take us on a journey of balance. Asanas to balance the yin and yang within us and to open us to the light and rising energy. Pranayama to cleanse the body of winter toxins. Meditation to allow us to connect with our heart space. Yoga nidra to find our souls purpose. Mandalas to reaffirm our femininity/ our shakti . Starting and ending with the breath as the magical conduit to the Shakti/Goddess.
Classes are small and emphasis is on developing a home practice.
